This April, embark on a captivating culinary journey across Vietnam at Saigon Kitchen, where the rich flavors of the three regions—from North to South—come to life during the “Flavors of Vietnam” culinary week.
Delight your palate with a curated selection of irresistible dishes inspired by by the rich culinary map of Northern, Central, and Southern Vietnam. Each creation is meticulously crafted by Sous Chef Long Hồ, in collaboration with a lineup of renowned executive guest chefs from famous restaurants and organizations in town: Chef Daniel Nguyễn (Bocuse d’Or Vietnam), Chef Trịnh Đình Vịnh (Vietnam House), and Chef Vũ Xuân Trường (P’Ti Saigon and OLAOLA).
“Flavors of Vietnam” is presented by Hôtel des Arts Saigon in collaboration with renowned restaurants, as part of culture-honoring activities and in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Vietnam Reunification, that promise to offer the Saigon gourmets a scrumptious experience and flavorful perspective on Vietnamese cuisine through a series of delightful Buffet Lunches and Dinners.
